Studio Set-Up:
- Two drum sets, two Quiet-Tone drum mutes for work off the drum set and one concert snare drum, unmuffled for actual performance techniques and demonstrations.
- All drums and pads are miked for recording, evaluation and for the use of play-a-long method books, CD and MP3s.
- All lessons can be recorded to the new, BELKIN iPOD TUNESTUDIO, directly to a student's personal, iPod, by docking the iPod into the recorder. So now, all pad work, drumset work, drumset playing with recorded music and Dennis' lesson commentary will be with the student to review as often as listening to their favorite music.
- Metrophone head phones for private recording while listening to the recorded track and a superior play back system for a true representation of a performance. All this while being controlled by a, Mackie 1402 mixer with an Alesis, Nano Compressor and Reverb.
- DVD player and TV are also used to view world class drummer's video work or videos of a student's work.
No video camera is ever used without the expressed permission of any Student, no matter what their age.
